Questions
How do I open a .pages file on Windows?+
Windows and Microsoft Word can't open Apple's .pages format directly. Upload the file here and download an editable Word (.docx) version plus a PDF that preserves the exact original layout — no Mac or iCloud account needed.
Will the formatting be preserved?+
The PDF download preserves the document's exact layout, fonts, and images. The Word download contains the editable text content — complex layouts (columns, floating images) may need touch-up after conversion.
Why does my file fail to convert?+
Very old iWork '08/'09 files, and documents saved without an embedded preview, can't be read. On a Mac, open the file and use File → Advanced → Include Preview in Document, then save and retry — or ask the sender to re-export.
Is it really free?+
One conversion a day is free with no account; registering (free) raises that to three. Pro removes limits and adds batch upload. No watermarks ever.
Is my document private?+
Files are converted in memory and deleted immediately afterwards. We never store, read, or share your documents.
